These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to booking an inspection with Roofing Exchange, a service of Apex Adjusters LLC ("Roofing Exchange", "we", "us" or "our"). By using this website or booking an inspection, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Roofing Exchange is a service of Apex Adjusters LLC, a licensed public adjuster in the State of Nevada (License #19492719), serving homeowners in Las Vegas and Pahrump, Nevada.

2. Free roof inspection

The roof inspection offered on this website is free of charge and carries no obligation. Booking an inspection does not create a contract for public adjusting services and does not require you to file an insurance claim.

3. Public adjusting services

If you choose to have us represent you on an insurance claim, our services and any fees will be set out in a separate written agreement that you review and sign before we begin. No fees are charged for the free inspection.

4. No guarantee of outcome

Whether your damage is covered, and how much is paid, depends on your insurance policy and your insurance company's decision. Information on this website is general and is not a promise that a claim will be approved or paid, or of any specific amount. Nothing on this website is legal advice.

5. SMS / text message terms

• Program: Roofing Exchange appointment and customer care messages.
• What you'll receive: appointment confirmations and reminders, and messages about your inquiry or claim.
• Consent: you agree to receive text messages when you provide your mobile number and give consent, for example when booking an inspection. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Frequency: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You'll receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed.

6. Appointments

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Inspections depend on safe access to the property and suitable weather, and we may need to reschedule if conditions are unsafe.

8. Limitation of liability
